They cover your use of the Flo∞ AI website. Two things they do not cover, deliberately:

• Consulting engagements. Every engagement is governed by its own signed proposal or statement of work, which sets the scope, the fee, the timeline and the confidentiality terms. Where that document and this page disagree, that document wins.
• ServiceFlo∞. Using the product is governed by its own subscription terms.

The research, articles and points of view we publish are our own opinion at the time of writing. They are general commentary, not advice for your situation, and acting on them is your decision. If you want advice for your business, that is what an engagement is for.

Figures, timelines and engagement shapes described on this site are typical rather than guaranteed. What you are actually quoted comes from a proposal written for your scope.

The site, its text, its photography and the Flo∞ marks belong to Flo∞ AI. You may quote or share our published pieces with attribution and a link. You may not republish them in full, repackage them as your own, or use our name or marks in a way that suggests we endorse you.

Client names and logos shown on this site belong to those clients and appear with their permission.

• Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.
• Do not scrape it to build a competing dataset or to train a model.
• Do not send us confidential material through the contact form. Tell us it exists and we will agree a proper route for it.

We keep this site up but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove pages at any time. To the extent the law allows, Flo∞ AI is not liable for loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre, and the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre have exclusive jurisdiction.
