Flo∞ started with a spa in the family: thriving out front, chaos behind the desk.
One of us spent years at Accenture building the systems that keep large companies running, and the AI that now runs on top of them — sharpened since through MIT's applied data science and AI programme.
The other is an Imperial College London graduate and an MBA candidate at London Business School, with years in operations consulting: process optimisation and operational excellence delivered across the UK public and private sectors. Day to day, that meant the rotas, the stock counts, and the supplier calls these systems are supposed to serve.
Between us we had both halves of the problem — the technology and the operations — and neither half had software worth using at this size. Those enterprise tools never reached the small businesses that needed them most. So we built them, for the salons, spas, clinics, and studios of this region.
