How we got here
After years at Accenture, the largest technology consulting firm in the world, building and integrating the systems that keep large organisations running and the AI that sits on top of them, one thing was clear. Smaller businesses have the same problems as large ones: enquiries nobody answers, orders placed too late, numbers two people define differently. The tools that solve them were only ever built and priced for the large end.
Flo∞ AI, written Flo8 wherever the infinity sign cannot be typed, exists to close that gap. We bring enterprise practice to organisations that were never going to be sold it, and we do it in two ways: AI-native services and solutions delivered inside a client's business, and our own software, which we operate commercially.
Building and running a product is what keeps the consulting honest. It is one thing to specify an AI system and another to carry it in production, with real customers, real payments and real failures at three in the morning. Everything we recommend has already had to survive that.
