Privacy Notice

It is for people who contact us, take part in an engagement, or subscribe to our briefing. Flo∞ AI is established in the United Arab Emirates and is the controller of the data described below.

If you are a customer of a business that uses ServiceFlo∞, this is not the notice you want. Your data sits inside that business's account, where the business is the controller and we are its processor. That relationship is described in the ServiceFlo∞ privacy policy.

• What you send us. Your name, organisation, country, email, and whatever you write in the contact form or an email. We use it to answer you and to decide whether we are the right firm for the work.
• Engagement material. During a project we receive documents, systems access and interview notes from the client. We use these only to deliver that engagement.
• Briefing subscriptions. An email address, used to send the briefing and nothing else. Every issue carries an unsubscribe link.
• Site analytics. Aggregate page and referrer data, to understand which pages are read.

We do not buy contact lists, we do not sell your data, and we do not use anything you send us to train a model.

Documents, archives and system access shared with us during an engagement stay confidential, are used only for that engagement, and are returned or deleted at the end of it on request. Where an engagement grounds a system in a client's own archive, that archive is never reused for another client.

We name a client publicly only with their permission, and a client who asks to come off this site comes off it.

A small number of service providers process this data on our behalf, under contract and only on our instructions.

• Microsoft 365, for the mailbox that receives enquiries.
• Resend, for transactional email.
• Vercel, which hosts this site and keeps standard request logs.
• Sentry, for error reports, which may incidentally include a page URL.

We disclose data beyond this only where the law requires it.

Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept for two years and then deleted. Engagement records are kept for the length of the engagement plus the period our contracts and tax obligations require. Briefing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Write to info@flo8.io and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. We answer within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from the briefing from any issue without writing to anyone.

If this notice changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects you, say so in the briefing.
