Our AI operating layer, licensed on its own. An agent that carries out work, decides its next move within the limits you set, and adapts to whatever platform it is plugged into. Every Flo∞ product runs on it.
It decides
The agent chooses its next action from the context it has, rather than waiting to be told each step. You set the limits; inside them it works unsupervised.
It acts
It carries the work out across every system it is connected to and reports what it did. The work itself, not a recommendation for somebody else to act on.
It adapts
It takes on the vocabulary, data model and rules of the platform it is plugged into, so it behaves like part of that system rather than a bolt-on.
Typed capabilities
An agent can only do what it has been granted, and every call it makes is recorded, so what it is allowed to do is explicit and auditable.
Approval gates
Anything consequential is proposed and returned for a human decision, per action, until you widen what it may do on its own.
Every channel
Phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, web chat and email arrive as one conversation per person, with the agent and your team labelled in the same thread.
It is delivered as an integration rather than a replacement: your platform stays the system of record, and the layer gives it the ability to act. Language is handled for you, in English, Arabic and French across the interface, the messages and the voice.
